Escape Artists - Doug and Linda Mitchell

Doug and Linda love to Escape2Maui to become Escape Artists. 

The beauty of Maui presents inspiration for one painting after another. We leave our mainland responsibilities to be free to spend time creating art on Maui. It has given us pleasure to decorate each of our two condos with our original art. Our guests tell us they enjoy our paintings and feel as if they have their own art gallery surrounding them. Most of the paintings were created plein air (on location) with a pounding surf echoing in the background.

We are each members of the Wednesday Maui Painters and the Plein Air Painters of Hawaii.
